I went to the mall recently and got a simon mall visa debit card and it says on it accepted anywhere that visa credit card is, so does that mean i can buy things online using this debit card even in smaller online stores that accept visa, not big stuff like amazon?

Idk if I asked it completely right but like when you click on your itunes account and it shows your data and then your credit or visa card, etc. Why does a credit card have to be involved if there's itunes cards instead?

I have a moderate balance on my Visa card, but the APR is killing me and making it impossible to bring down the balance by much. I got an offer from Discover offering 0% APR for life on transfered balances. Is this a good idea? Ordinarily I'd think it's silly to shift debt around, but the fees would be drastically different and more helpful. Has anyone done this, or had experience with Discover?

The Associated Bank sponsors this VISA cash rebate card, and the billing info reads REBATE DOLLARS EARNED YTD: 7.17 We have had this card over a year and I can not find out how to receive the money. Thanks , and yes the bank didn't seem to be much help so we are in the process of changing banks and I hate to go back.
