I have a prepaid visa card that uses green dot money pack card to re load it with how ever much money you want, well i haven't used the card in a long time and i wanted to know if they was going to charge me by taking money out once i re load the card?

I just tried to sign my child up with a Yahoo ID to participate on the math message boards, but it would not let me continue without visa card information. Why do you need that information? I thought this was a free service.
