So this is my first credit card I didn't want to be late on my payment but unfortunately my stupid bank screwed me over and i couldn't use my debit card to make a payment because of a overdraft fee. Anyway I am like going to be a day late now. I am trying to get really good credit in these 6months of me having a credit card, this is my first payment I was suppose to make which was due yesterday, so my question is will it ruin my credit?

Can I buy them like at Walgreens and pay only what I have on the card? It is less riskier than using a personal debit card online, right? Can a minor purchase and use them?

Do I have the right as a merchant not to give cash back or refund a debit/check card purchase?
If customer has card present with reciept,as a merchant, do I have the right to refund that card back as cash or not?Our policy is: 30 DAYS,WITH ORIGINAL RECIEPT,NO CASH BACK,NO C.C. REFUNDS,STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY.
