It is common knowledge that somewhere between 60 to 75% of all credit reports have errors. If you are suffering from the inaccuracies your creditors have put on your credit report (and you probably are without even being aware of it), then credit repair is a great thing to do and you should do it.
Also, the law states that everything on your report must be one hundred percent accurate. Therefore, if you dispute something you do not believe to be 100% accurate, and the creditor fails to reply within a certain period of time allowed by law, the account will be wiped off that credit bureau’s report. But even if the creditor doesn’t respond to one credit reporting agency, that does not mean they didn’t respond to one of the other two. Still, your score likely went up with the bureau that the creditor didn’t respond to because the negative account was deleted. Clearly, that is a good thing for you.
So, if you just got off the phone with your lender and they told you that you are not approved, you need to generate credit repair letters to the credit bureaus and pay as much as you can on your credit cards. Ug. Sure, if you had 50 spare hours, you could do all that and figure it out. But no one has that much time when they are working hard to support a family! Or, maybe your lender told you that they cannot do your loan, but you can talk to XYZ credit repair company and for $1200 they will work on repairing your credit, but they can’t guarantee it will work!
There is a better alternative. CreditBlossom.com is a site that will enable you to create all your credit dispute letters in minutes and it is totally free to the public. If you want to do self credit repair, it is the best site to get it done with. I have seen it work for many of my clients. In fact, I’ve seen the old long-hand method of writing the credit dispute letters on your own work too, but this new resource can get just as good of results in much, much less time.
