Credit Cards For People With No Credit

Can I buy them like at Walgreens and pay only what I have on the card? It is less riskier than using a personal debit card online, right? Can a minor purchase and use them?

I want to rent a car but i need a credit card i dont have great credit n they said i cant use a prepaid credit card. I have a debit card but they want a credit card i need it asap what should i do.

My husband was griping about his 2.4% fees for processing credit cards through paypal. I had a rough time finding different service's percentage rates. If you process credit cards online, which company do you use and what percentages do you pay? I don't think 2.4 is too bad, but I don't really know.

He also pays per month to have the service. He only does online transactions. About 200 per month.

I never have to carry cash on me anymore ... I just use my debit card at all times.

I never receive bills in the mail anymore ... I just pay them online.
