NOTE: There are a lot of cards that do this...but MOST charge a balance transfer fee.

I want to find a credit card that has a 0% apr and no fees on a balance transfer. I am not desperate to transfer the balance, but I figured if a card did exsist that had no fees at all, I would like to take advantage of the offer. Is there any card that exsist?

I've gotten two new offers, one is the Discover student card, which is offering 0% interest on balance transfers, I was wondering would it be a good idea to transfer my capital one card to it, I have 0 balance on it, it has like a 20% something interest, from helping pay my mom bills, getting the washer and dryer fixed and some little things for myself. So should I apply for it and get the bt and then pay it off.

The other card is a WaMu Visa Plantinum, which offers 0% on purchases til jan 08, which would be good, before I go back to college, I could use it for books, and other things and pay it off with my work study.

So what do you think, should I try these cards? If you have any opinions let me know.
