Stay away from credit cards. they make all the rules and can change the rules in the middle of the game. Just read the fine print.
Pay as you go and live on less than you make. You will win with money.
Borrowing money is irresponsible and poor money management.
save up an emergency fund.
no payments = cash in the bank

if you need to use a credit card for purchases look into getting a pre-paid card instead, you put the money on the card and can use it just like a reguler credit card for any thing. a green dot card is an exsample of what i’m talking about. there is no credit checks and you can keep re-loading it when ever you need it

http://www.household.com gives out unsecured credit cards to people with terrible credit. The limit is only 300.00 at first..and they immediately slam you with a 54.00 fee..so you really only have 246.00 available to you initially..but as long as you make your payments on time..they will up your limit within a few months..and will do that every few months as long as your account stays in good standing with them. This is how I have worked to rebuild my credit.

Try Orchard bank! They specialise in approvals of credit for those with bad credit, but don’t stop there! Why not use this opportunity to clean up your credit as well? Look at my website and read it all! I went through ID theft and Bankruptcy and I still got my score up from 486 to 730 in a little over a year, so this is something I know about!
I’ll post a link to Orchard bank for you along with one to my website! It will feel so good when you repair your credit and get the weight of bad credit off of you!
